Delivery and Installation
What kind of delivery and installation do you expect?
A. I don’t know the difference between a hammer and a nail. I need someone to bring it inside and set up the entire order for me before I can use it.
B. I’m pretty good at basic assembly. I might need some help getting it inside and I might need to borrow some tools but if it’s partially assembled I should be able to figure it out.
C. I have a lot of people to help me get it inside and set it up. With their strength and my building skills, I can build even larger items from the ground up
3. Feel, Quality and Touch
How important is it that you can touch the furniture before you purchase?
A. I am very sensitive and expect a certain firmness in my cushions. I also like to feel my wood products before purchasing so I can get an idea of how it’s made
B. I like specific kinds of wood but usually just a description is enough for me. I prefer quality I’m willing to lower the bar on quality if it means a lower price.
C. I’m more worried about the appearance and savings than the feel! I don’t mind it if my couch cushions are too firm or soft, or my table being a certain type of wood as long as it looks good in my house!
4. Condition
How much of a much of a perfectionist are you when it comes to your furniture?
A. I am a perfectionist. I need everything to be exactly perfect. A nick in the wood, even a small one that isn’t in a main spot on the piece would drive me insane. If my items aren’t perfect, I expect it to be returned or refunded immediately.
B. I expect my furniture to be delivered in good condition. If there is major damage, I will obviously be extremely upset about it. However a small nick on the back of an item that will be against the world isn’t going to be the end of the world to me.
C. I expect my furniture to be delivered in good condition but if it doesn’t, it’s not the end of the world. I understand that accidents happen and as long as I can get the items fixed or replace, I’m not going to freak out over it.

If you need specific colors, firmness or wood type, it can be hard to find that without actually seeing and feeling the furniture in person.
